But, also, finding a home with great resale requires advise on the best neighborhoods, schools, floor plans, locations, amenities, convenience, and a host of other detail. Certain homes and areas resell better and have less competition. Don't make the mistake others do - work with a very knowledgeable agent with high integrity!
